We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive in the below timeframes.

UK:
Items shipped with Evri, should be with you 1-3 business days after dispatch. 

Items shipped with DPD, should be with you next working day (if the order was placed before 10am).

US:
Items shipped with USPS and should be with you within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Items shipped with DPD or UPS should be with you within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Europe:
Items are shipped with DPD and should be with you within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Rest of world:

Yes. A tracking link will be emailed to you automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Depending on where you are located, you may need to pay custom fees and duties. Please see more information below. 

UK
All orders are shipped from the UK therefore there will be no customs charges for UK & Northern Ireland orders.


US
All orders below $800 will incur no customs charges. For orders over this amount it is the customer responsibility to pay for the customs charges. 

EU
Customs charges will need to be covered by the customer for all EU orders.

UAE
Customs charges will need to be covered by the customer for all UAE orders.

Please note: If the custom charges are not paid by the customer and the parcel is therefore returned to us, £20 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover admin and shipping charges. 

If your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch by emailing contact@contempee.com so that we can raise this with the courier. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, read our returns policy.

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at contact@contempee.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged/wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. 

Wholesale & Trade

Yes, we do offer wholesale discounts on orders over a certain size. If you’re placing a large order for your business, please get in touch first by emailing contact@contempee.com. We will provide information on the minimum order quantity and wholesale discount.
